Girl Talk School & Site – Based Program
Participant Eligibility Requirements:
Girl Talk must be at your daughter’s school
Must be in 3rd – 5th Grade
Commit to Girl Talk, Inc.’s program for a minimum of one school year
- Adhere to all Girl Talk, Inc.’s policies and procedures

Complete the application below to place your daughter in one of our school/site-based programs. Please see a list of schools and community sites where our programming is available HERE. As space fills up, girls will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens up or a new program starts. We will notify you of an opening. Girls will be enrolled based on the order in which the application was received.
