Position Overview: The 11th & 12th Grade Life Prep Academy Coordinator plays a critical role in preparing high school juniors and seniors for life beyond graduation. This position is responsible for planning and facilitating programming that equips students with essential life skills, supports college and career exploration, and promotes personal development. The coordinator will work directly with students, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure meaningful, impactful experiences. A signature responsibility includes planning and executing the program’s annual opening retreat which sets the tone for the year and encourages connection, community and goal setting for the year ahead.
